I worked with Kate for five years during my time as a manager of infrastructure programs at Logan Water. Kate was part of my team for the 1 William Street project for four years. She helped guide internal stakeholder engagement and communication for the transition of 5,000 government employees to their dynamic new workplace and adopt new ways of working. Our small team worked really well together and Kate’s advice and positive approach was an important part of that.
